MRI diagnosis: meniscal width >20% of tibial plateau on coronal view. Treatment: asymptomatic โ observation; symptomatic (snapping, pain, locking) โ arthroscopic saucerization (partial meniscectomy) with possible peripheral repair. Bilateral in ~20%.
